Welcome to USKY.ai, a next-generation entertainment platform that brings together AI-generated films, blockchain innovation, and decentralized creator economics. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our platform. By accessing or using USKY.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
USKY.ai provides a personalized digital subscription service that allows members to access and enjoy AI-powered entertainment content ("USKY Content") via the Internet on compatible devices such as smart TVs, computers, and mobile devices ("USKY-ready Devices").
These Terms govern your access to and use of the USKY service, which includes:
Our websites, mobile applications, and user interfaces
All features, recommendations, functionalities, and reviews
All content and software associated with the service
References to "USKY", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the USKY.ai service and its operators. References to "you" or "your" refer to the registered member or user of the service.
2.1 Duration
Your USKY membership continues until terminated. You must have Internet access, a USKY-ready device, and a valid Payment Method to use the service. Unless canceled before the billing date, your subscription automatically renews, and you authorize USKY to charge your chosen Payment Method.
2.2 Subscription Plans
We offer multiple subscription options — including ad-supported and ad-free tiers. Even in ad-free plans, certain branded or sponsored content may appear. Some subscriptions may include access to live or special events, subject to your plan’s terms.
2.3 Third-Party Plans
Certain USKY subscriptions may be offered through third-party partners. Specific terms, limitations, or billing details will be displayed during registration or communicated directly to you.
USKY may periodically provide special offers or promotional memberships ("Offers"). Eligibility is determined at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to revoke an Offer if we determine misuse or ineligibility. Conditions, limitations, and expiration details will be disclosed at the time of enrollment.
4.1 Billing Cycle
Your subscription fee will be charged on the date listed in your account. Billing cycles may vary by plan. Visit your Account > Billing Details page to view your next payment date.
4.2 Payment Methods
You authorize USKY to charge your selected Payment Method. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until a valid Payment Method is provided. You are responsible for all uncollected amounts and any fees charged by your payment provider.
4.3 Updating Payment Methods
You can update your payment information anytime via Account Settings. By updating your payment details, you authorize continued billing to the new method.
4.4 Cancellation
You can cancel your USKY membership anytime. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. Payments are non-refundable, and no partial-period refunds are provided. To cancel, visit Account > Billing Details.
4.5 Price and Plan Changes
We may modify subscription prices or features with 30 days’ prior notice. If you do not wish to accept the changes, you may cancel before the new rates take effect.
5.1 Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to hold a USKY account. Minors may use the service only under adult supervision.
5.2 Personal Use
USKY is for personal and non-commercial use only. You may not share access beyond your household unless explicitly stated by your plan. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your subscription period.
5.3 Geographic Access
Content availability varies by region. You may access content primarily from the country where your account was created, and only where your subscription is valid.
5.4 Content Upload
Every Creator who has submitted their work is required to make a collaboration post with Usky’s official Instagram and TikTok accounts (@usky.ai). This serves as a verification step to confirm the authenticity of the content owner.
5.5 Offline Access
Certain content may be available for temporary download ("Offline Titles") on select devices. Restrictions may apply, including viewing periods and storage limitations.
5.6 Restricted Activities
You agree not to:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute any USKY content
Circumvent security or content protections
Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to access the service
Reverse-engineer, modify, or insert unauthorized code
Upload harmful or malicious content Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
5.7 Streaming Quality
Video quality may vary by device, location, and connection speed. Minimum recommended speeds:
HD (720p): 3 Mbps
Full HD (1080p): 5 Mbps
Ultra HD (4K): 15 Mbps
You are responsible for any data or Internet charges from your service provider.
5.8 Software Usage
The USKY software is proprietary and may automatically update. Some third-party software may also apply under their respective licenses.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Do not share your password or Payment Method details. Unauthorized account sharing or fraudulent activity may result in account termination. Ensure your account information, including email and billing details, remains accurate and up-to-date.
7.1 Unsolicited Materials
USKY does not accept unsolicited content submissions. Any materials sent to USKY are not confidential and may be similar to existing or future USKY projects.
7.2 Customer Support
For help or inquiries, please visit the USKY Help Center or contact support@usky.ai. Our team may use secure remote access tools to assist with technical issues, but only with your consent.
7.3 Survival Clause
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in full effect.
7.4 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
7.5 Electronic Communication
All notices and updates (e.g., billing confirmations, password resets, or policy changes) will be sent electronically via the email linked to your USKY account.
